Torgið is a website that gathers the offers of Icelandic shops in one place. The operator of Torgið is Aþena hugbúnaður ehf., company ID (kt.) 460726-0690.

By using Torgið or creating an account you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

Torgið is a listing of offers that shops put there. Torgið sells nothing itself.

Purchases are made with the shop, not on Torgið. Prices, stock, delivery, returns and warranty for a purchase are between you and the shop.

Information about offers comes from the shops. Torgið does not guarantee that it is correct, complete or still valid when you reach the shop.

You can browse Torgið without an account. You need an account to make lists, follow brands and choose favourite categories.

To create an account you must be 13 or older.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for what is done in your account.

You can delete your account at any time under Data and privacy. If you own a company on Torgið, the company has to be handed over or deleted first.

How data is handled is set out in Torgið's privacy policy.

You may use Torgið to browse and find offers. You may not:

• collect the content of the site automatically, for example by scraping, or republish it
• abuse the service or other people's accounts
• interfere with or damage the running of the site, for example with too many requests
• try to get around security or access controls

Breaking these terms can lead to your account being closed.

Offers, pictures, prices and descriptions on Torgið come from the shops. Each shop is responsible for its own offers and for them being correct, lawful and valid.

Torgið may remove or hide offers, for example if they are wrong, misleading or break these terms.

Torgið links to shops' websites. When you click an offer you leave Torgið for the shop's website. Torgið does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content or for how they handle data.

Torgið is provided as is, with no guarantee that it is always available or free of errors.

Torgið is not liable for shops' offers, prices, stock, delivery or your dealings with them.

Torgið's liability is limited as far as Icelandic law allows. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

We may change these terms. The latest version is always on this page, and the date it was last updated is at the top.

If you keep using Torgið after a change, that counts as accepting the new terms.

Icelandic law applies to these terms and to the use of Torgið.

Disputes arising from them are to be brought before the District Court of Reykjavík (Héraðsdómur Reykjavíkur), unless the law says otherwise.
